Getting Started

Cirrus is a web based unified trading platform that connects all your broker accounts in one dashboard. You can execute trades across multiple brokers with a single click, track all positions in real-time, and monitor your P&L without switching between apps or logging into multiple platforms.
Cirrus supports 50+ brokers including Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, ICICI Direct, Kotak Securities, HDFC Securities, Dhan, Paytm Money, 5paisa, and many more. We're constantly adding new broker integrations based on user demand.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. Your broker credentials are encrypted end-to-end, and we never store your passwords. We're also compliant with SEBI regulations and data protection standards.
Simply sign up for Cirrus, navigate to the broker connection section, and follow the secure OAuth authentication process for each broker. It takes less than 2 minutes per broker, and you only need to do it once. Your credentials are stored securely and encrypted.

Cirrus supports all standard order types including Market, Limit, Stop Loss, Stop Limit, Bracket Orders, and Cover Orders. Advanced order types like Trailing Stop Loss and Iceberg orders are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Yes, algorithmic trading is available on the Enterprise plan. You can deploy your own trading algorithms, backtest strategies, and automate trade execution across all connected brokers using our API.
Absolutely. Cirrus provides comprehensive portfolio analytics including real-time P&L tracking, historical performance charts, win/loss ratios, drawdown analysis, and broker-wise performance breakdowns. All data is consolidated in one dashboard.

All plans include email support with response times under 24 hours. Professional plans get priority support with 4-hour response times. Enterprise customers receive dedicated account managers and 24/7 phone support.
Yes! We offer comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and webinars for all users. Enterprise customers receive personalized onboarding sessions and ongoing training for their teams.
If a broker's API experiences downtime, you can still access and trade through your other connected brokers. We also provide real-time status updates for all broker integrations on our status page.
Yes, you can export all your trading data, analytics, and reports in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats. API access (available on Enterprise plan) allows you to programmatically access all your data.

Account & Billing

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. All your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. International payments are also supported via Stripe.
Yes, invoices are automatically generated and sent to your registered email after each payment. You can also download invoices anytime from your account billing section. GST is included for Indian customers.
Yes! Quarterly plans come with a 11% discount compared to monthly billing.
