Cirrus is a technology platform. We are not a stock broker, investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data and analytics are informational and may be delayed or inaccurate. Read our risk disclosure before trading.
5. Fees
Some features require payment of fees. Current prices are listed on our pricing page; fees, billing cycles and refund terms are also disclosed at the point of purchase. Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Quartgen Solutions Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where Quartgen Solutions Private Limited is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
