Algo trading on Tradejini with Cirrus

Tradejini needs a little more setup than most brokers. You create an app in Tradejini's developer portal, paste its API key and secret into Cirrus, and set both a redirect URL and a postback URL. The postback is how Tradejini delivers order updates, so it is required.

How to connect Tradejini

  1. Create an app in Tradejini's developer portal.

  2. In Cirrus, open Manager, choose Add broker and pick Tradejini. Copy the redirect URL and postback URL Cirrus shows into the app.

  3. Enter your client ID, a label and the app's API key and secret.

  4. Sign in with Tradejini to start the session. Sign in again each trading day, when the broker ends the previous session.

Whitelist the static IP

  1. In Cirrus Manager, assign a static IP to the Tradejini account. Cirrus gives it a dedicated IPv4 address that no one else uses.

  2. Copy the IPv4 address shown for that account.

  3. Paste it into the static IP or IP whitelisting setting of your Tradejini API access and save. If you cannot find it, Tradejini support can point you to it.

  4. Finish setup in Cirrus. From then on, every order to this account leaves from that address.

SEBI requires retail API orders to come from a static IP your broker has whitelisted, mandatory from 1 April 2026. How static IP works

What Tradejini costs on Cirrus Prime

Priced per Tradejini account: the Cirrus account fee plus the static IP. Tradejini is an IPv4 broker, so the static IP adds a surcharge. Prices include GST.

Tradejini on Cirrus: common questions

Why does Tradejini need a postback URL?

Tradejini delivers order updates by postback rather than a live connection. Cirrus generates a postback URL unique to your login; paste it into your Tradejini app so fills show up in Cirrus.

Can I add Tradejini without an API key?

No. Tradejini's login link is built from your app's API key, and the secret is needed to complete the session, so Cirrus requires both.

How much does Cirrus cost for a Tradejini account?

₹499 per account plus ₹350 for the IPv4 static IP, so ₹849 a month per Tradejini account. Quarterly it is ₹2,299 per account, yearly ₹8,149. Prices include GST.
